I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, and one of the co-founders, in 1985, of Island Family Counselling Centre, the oldest family counselling centre in Victoria.
I focus on solutions and strengths, facilitating change and coaching people through life’s transitions and challenges. These occur in every area of living – work, family, and the social environment.
Recovery from trauma and loss is an area of particular interest to me, along with related issues such as depression, anxiety, panic, temper, guilt and perfectionism.
I have been in the field of child, youth, family, couple and individual counselling , working with people of all ages from diverse backgrounds, lifestyles and belief systems, since 1975 and have been in private practice at Island Family Counselling Centre since it’s inception in 1985. I also have over twenty years experience working with survivors of Acquired Traumatic Brain Injury and their families.
I am available in Victoria Monday to Thursday and some Fridays.
